Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role involves conceptualizing and designing graphics for social media, websites, ads, and brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will create and edit videos, including short-form content, reels, motion graphics, and promotional clips for various digital platforms. Daily tasks include collaborating with the marketing team to interpret briefs, developing visual concepts, preparing design assets, and iterating based on feedback. The role also includes optimizing graphic and video content for different platforms, managing project files, and staying updated on design and digital content trends to enhance overall creative quality.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital platforms.
• Experience with Logo Design and Branding to build consistent visual identities.
• Good understanding of Typography and its application in layouts and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work across social media and digital campaigns.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and openness to feedback and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelors degree or relevant certification in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
