QA/QC Executive — Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Immediate Joiner

Job Title: QA/QC Executive — Pharma OSD | Mehatpur & Ghiloth | 1-5 Years

Role Overview We are looking for experienced QA/QC Executives with hands-on experience in Pharma OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance with regulatory standards and adherence to GMP guidelines at the plant level.

Locations Mehatpur, Himachal Pradesh Ghiloth, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance: → Preparation, review and control of GMP documents including SOPs, BMRs, BPRs and logbooks → Validation activities including process validation, cleaning validation and equipment qualification → In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) — line clearance, in-process checks and batch documentation → Handling of deviations, OOS, change control, CAPA and audit observations → Coordination with production and regulatory teams for compliance

Quality Control: → Sampling and testing of raw materials, packing materials and finished products → Chemical and instrumental analysis including HPLC, UV, dissolution and related testing → Stability studies — protocol preparation, sample management and data review → GLP compliance — maintenance of lab records, instrument calibration and qualification → OOS investigation and documentation

Eligibility Criteria → Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm → Experience: 1 to 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing — OSD mandatory → Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP and regulatory guidelines → Willingness to work at plant location — Mehatpur HP or Ghiloth Rajasthan → Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
