Analyste financier (FP&A)
Nous recherchons un analyste financier motivé pour soutenir les leaders d’affaires avec des analyses, rapports et recommandations permettant d’appuyer la prise de décision dans plusieurs fonctions corporatives (TI, RH, finance et autres), au sein d’un environnement multi-enseignes.
Responsabilités principales :
- Collaborer avec les équipes pour les budgets, prévisions et analyses financières
- Produire des rapports financiers récurrents (mensuels, trimestriels, annuels)
- Analyser les résultats, expliquer les écarts et assurer la précision des prévisions
- Développer des modèles financiers, analyses et études de cas
- Identifier les KPI, tendances, risques et opportunités
- Améliorer les outils, processus et l’efficacité du reporting
- Présenter les analyses et recommandations à la direction
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus
Profil recherché :
- Baccalauréat en finance ou comptabilité (CPA un atout)
- 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en FP&A dans un environnement dynamique
- Forte compréhension des affaires et sens financier
- Maîtrise avancée d’Excel; outils FP&A un atout
- Esprit analytique et bonnes capacités d’organisation
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement rapide et changeant
- Intérêt pour les données, l’IA et l’amélioration des processus
- Bilinguisme français et anglais requis

Financial Analyst (FP&A)
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to support business leaders with timely analysis, reporting, and insights to support decision-making across multiple corporate functions, including IT, HR, Finance, and others, within a multi-banner retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build budgets, forecasts, and analyze results
- Prepare recurring financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Monitor performance, explain variances, and maintain forecast accuracy
- Develop financial models, business cases, and ad hoc analyses
- Identify KPIs, trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making
- Improve reporting tools, processes, and efficiency
- Present insights and recommendations to management
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA an asset)
- 2–3 years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Advanced Excel skills; FP&A systems experience an asset
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Interest in data, AI, and process improvement
- Bilingual (French & English) required
