Responsabilités principales
- Produire des analyses financières mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles.
- Participer aux processus de budget, prévisions et planification à long terme.
- Analyser les marges et identifier les écarts, tendances et opportunités.
- Effectuer les analyses d’écarts vs budget, forecast et périodes précédentes.
- Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles pour soutenir la prise de décision.
- Développer des tableaux de bord et améliorer les rapports de gestion.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus, outils et qualité des données.
- Participer aux projets d’optimisation, d’automatisation et d’implantation de systèmes.
- Préparer des analyses ad hoc pour la haute direction.
Profil recherché
- Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe (CPA atout).
- 5+ ans d’expérience en FP&A ou analyse financière.
- Expérience en environnement manufacturier ou produits (atout).
- Bonne compréhension des marges et des moteurs d’affaires.
- Excellentes capacités analytiques et de synthèse.
- Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et expérience ERP.
- Expérience Power BI ou outils de visualisation (atout).
- Bilinguisme français/anglais.
- Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.

Position Summary
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the Senior FP&A Analyst supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment. The role also includes monthly performance analysis and variance explanation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Analyze margins and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Perform variance analysis vs budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Partner with operational teams to support business decisions.
- Develop dashboards and enhance management reporting.
- Contribute to process improvements and data quality initiatives.
- Support system enhancements, automation, and ERP projects.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA an asset).
- 5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
- Manufacturing or product-based environment is an asset.
- Strong understanding of margin drivers and business performance.
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience.
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools is an asset.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Bilingual (French & English).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
