The Junior Associate – Finance will provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Secretary, ensuring accurate documentation, coordination with the finance team, and smooth execution of finance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software. Support invoicing, revenue tracking, expense monitoring, and cost control activities. Perform bank reconciliations and ledger verifications. Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and financial summaries. Support month-end and year-end closing activities and reconciliations. Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of financial records. Assist in managing and tracking financial records and expenses for senior leadership with strict confidentiality. Support tax documentation, payment tracking, and financial reporting requirements. Assist in statutory compliance activities including GST, TDS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax requirements. Coordinate documentation required for regulatory filings and ensure timely submission of financial data. Assist in internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation and supporting verification activities. Conduct preliminary checks on transactions, expenses, and approvals to strengthen internal controls. Support financial governance standards and ensure adherence to internal policies and approval workflows. Monitor receivables, payables, vendor payments, and client-related financial documentation. Contribute to improving financial processes, reporting accuracy, and departmental efficiency. Collaborate with finance, operations, and management teams on financial planning and reporting matters.
