You will be working as a Senior HR Generalist Admin at DigitalVia Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001:2015 certified digital marketing agency based in Indore. As a Senior HR Generalist, your role will involve managing various HR functions to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit
• Handling end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Conducting employee induction and training programs
• Implementing and monitoring HR policies and processes
• Managing employee engagement and retention activities
• Handling performance management including KPI tracking, appraisals, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
• Addressing employee grievances and maintaining a healthy work culture
• Maintaining HR records, attendance, and documentation
• Coordinating with management for organizational development initiatives

Qualifications Required:

• Strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2-5 years of HR experience
• Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management
