Human Resources Generalist/Senior HR Executive

You will be working as a Senior HR Generalist Admin at DigitalVia Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001:2015 certified digital marketing agency based in Indore. As a Senior HR Generalist, your role will involve managing various HR functions to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit
- Handling end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Conducting employee induction and training programs
- Implementing and monitoring HR policies and processes
- Managing employee engagement and retention activities
- Handling performance management including KPI tracking, appraisals, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
- Addressing employee grievances and maintaining a healthy work culture
- Maintaining HR records, attendance, and documentation
- Coordinating with management for organizational development initiatives
Qualifications Required:
- Strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2-5 years of HR experience
- Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
