Wellness Intern – US Healthcare Process (Remote Internship)

Role: Wellness Intern

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week

Shift Timing: US Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time)

About the Role

As a Psychology Intern, you will interact with US patients and support integrated care management processes, including chronic care management. You will work alongside healthcare teams to assist in patient communication, coordination, follow-ups, and documentation while gaining valuable exposure to the US healthcare ecosystem.

• Freshers or recent pass-outs with an M.A. in Psychology
• Final-year students awaiting results may also apply

• Individuals comfortable working in US shift timings

Key Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Empathetic and professional communication style
• Ability to interact confidently with US patients over calls
• Basic understanding or working knowledge of EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems preferred
• Comfortable working in a remote setup

Technical Requirements

Candidates must have:

• Personal laptop
• Stable WiFi/internet connection
