Job Description – Marketing Head (B2C Digital Marketing – US Healthcare Market)

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Head with strong expertise in B2C digital marketing and extensive exposure to US clients for US healthcare client of ours. Candidates with experience in the US Healthcare industry will be highly preferred. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end marketing initiatives, drive customer acquisition and brand growth, and build high-performing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute overall marketing strategy for B2C campaigns targeting the US market.
  • Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team while collaborating with sales, business development, product, and leadership teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets, campaign forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Oversee marketing automation, CRM strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and communication channels.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and healthcare marketing practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with strong B2C market exposure.
  • Proven experience handling US-based clients and campaigns.
  • Experience in the US Healthcare domain is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, paid campaigns, SEO, SEM, social media, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMrush, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading marketing teams and managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare marketing regulations is an added advantage.
  • Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
