The role involves establishing strong relationships with patients and clinicians, working closely within a clinic team to support patient care and medication management. Responsibilities Â

Prepares, packages, compounds, and labels non-sterile drug products for specific patients with appropriate final pharmacist checks. , Â
Assists pharmacists in advanced tasks associated with patient care. , Â
Works seamlessly alongside hospital clinicians to serve patients both face-to-face and over the phone. , Â
Handles all medication needs of patients, ensuring adherence to medication regimens and securing refill prescriptions. , Â
Communicates effectively with the centralized Patient Service Center. , Â
Helps develop new processes to ensure smooth operations and patient care. Requirements Â
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. , Â
Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience. , Â

Strong interpersonal communication skills. , Â
Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements related to pharmacy practice. , Â
