Part Time - Leasing Consultant

We are seeking skilled, Leasing Consultants for upcoming opportunities in the Waldorf, MD area. Our clients are looking for people with a great personality to make follow-up calls to schedule tours, provide excellent customer service, and help prospects find an amazing apartment they are excited to call home.

This schedule is part- time. The employee will be working Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday weekly.

Community Hours - Monday - Friday : 9:00am - 6:00pm & Saturday's 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Multi-family leasing experience; calling from the queue, scheduling tours, completing guest cards, showing apartments & beyond

• Outgoing and friendly personality; must be a "people person"
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
