Bilingual Leasing Consultant

Our clients are looking for employees who have a great personality to make follow-up calls to schedule tours, provide excellent customer service, and help prospects find an amazing apartment they are excited to call home.

We offer part-time and full-time schedules + scattered schedules and single-day pick-ups!

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with prospective residents through follow-up calls and personalized outreach
• Schedule and conduct community tours that showcase our apartments and amenities
• Guide prospects through the leasing process—from first contact to signed lease
• Maintain accurate guest records and manage leasing activity efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service that creates a welcoming and positive experience
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and team to meet leasing goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Availability to work Saturdays is a plus!
• Previous multi-family leasing experience, including lead management, tour scheduling, and apartment showings
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing practices and commitment to compliance
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow direction and work both independently and as part of a team
