Working with our clients, job responsibilities will include:

• Assisting prospective and existing residents
• Checking model apartments and "turned" vacant units to ensure they are ready for showing
• Calling warm leads via the online queue to schedule tours
• Completing guest cards and entering data into the system
• Thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies.
• Remaining informed of daily *specials*, rental rates, and all amenities of the community.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing Laws - "What you do for one, you must do for all"
• Thorough experience with leasing techniques and sales methods to entice prospects to sign lease agreements.
