We are seeking skilled and experienced Leasing consultants for upcoming opportunities near Upper Marlboro, MD area. Our clients are looking for employees who have a great personality to make follow-up calls to schedule tours, provide excellent customer service, and help prospects find an amazing apartment they are excited to call home.

We offer part-time and full-time schedules + scattered schedules and single-day pick-ups!

Primary Responsibilities

As a Sales & Marketing Associate (Leasing Consultant), your primary responsibilities include:

• Converting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood
• Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases
• Building brand loyalty by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar
• Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week
