Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish/English)

Arlington, VA + Surrounding Areas | Full-Time

$21–$23/hour BOE

We are currently seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Consultants for immediate opportunities in Arlington, VA and surrounding communities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping residents find their next home.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, providing information on available apartments and amenities
• Conduct property tours and guide prospects through the leasing process
• Identify needs and preferences to match prospects with the right home
• Maintain accurate guest cards and detailed prospect notes
• Stay up to date on pricing, availability, and current specials
• Provide daily updates to the Property Manager and assist with assigned tasks
• Support weekend traffic and occasional open houses
• Complete general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Previous leasing experience required
• Strong ability to build rapport and close leases
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; experience with property management software is a plus
