Branch Teller

Job Summary

This position is responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience while processing financial transactions, assisting existing and prospective customers, and contributing to branch sales objectives.

Primary Duties:

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Process basic customer interactions and cash transactions accurately
• Monitor and balance cash daily to maintain financial accuracy
• Identify referral opportunities that support branch performance goals
• Comply with all applicable banking laws and regulations, including Atlantic Union Bankshares’ BSA/AML Policy and Procedures
• Identify risks and escalate concerns through proper channels
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and related business areas
• Adapt effectively to evolving digital banking tools and channels
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Reporting Line:

This role reports directly to the branch leader.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Prior customer service experience required

Compensation and Workplace:
