As a Creative Director specializing in Digital, Video, and Experience Design, your role involves leading creative excellence across global accounts by combining creative vision, design thinking, and production intelligence. You will shape high-quality, brand-consistent outputs across digital ecosystems ensuring operational viability and future readiness. Operating within a Global Capability Center model, you will act as the creative anchor between regional stakeholders and production teams, elevating India from an execution hub to a strategic creative partner.

  • Define and drive creative direction across digital, motion, and experience design outputs.
  • Translate brand strategy and campaign intent into compelling creative systems.
  • Establish creative benchmarks, design standards, and storytelling frameworks.
  • Ensure global brand consistency, craft excellence, and contextual relevance.
  • Lead experience-first design thinking across platforms like web, mobile, social, and interactive ecosystems.
  • Drive UI/UX, interaction design, and journey orchestration aligned to user behavior and business objectives.
  • Ensure creative solutions are modular, scalable, and adaptable across markets and formats.
  • Champion omnichannel storytelling for continuity across touchpoints.
  • Oversee creative direction for video, motion graphics, animation, and content versioning.
  • Guide teams on narrative structure, visual storytelling, pacing, and platform optimization.
  • Ensure motion outputs are adaptable for multi-market deployment and personalization.
  • Align motion design with emerging formats like short-form and social-first content.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Studio Leads, and Operations teams for creativity aligned with delivery feasibility.
  • Embed production-aware creativity for ambition, scalability, timelines, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive creative frameworks to reduce rework, improve quality, and enhance throughput.
  • Ensure adherence to workflow platforms and structured creative processes.
  • Act as the final creative authority on key deliverables and campaigns.
  • Establish and enforce quality control standards across outputs.
  • Mentor teams to improve design thinking, craft, and storytelling quality.
  • Introduce structured creative evaluation frameworks to reduce subjectivity.
  • Partner with automation and tech teams to integrate AI into creative workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for template-driven design systems and scalable creative frameworks.
  • Balance creative integrity with automation efficiency for quality output.
  • Contribute to building a future-ready creative ecosystem with AI-assisted production.
  • Partner with regional creative leads, account teams, and clients to align on creative expectations.
  • Present and articulate creative rationale, concepts, and design systems globally.
  • Influence decisions by providing creative consultation during briefing and planning stages.

Qualifications

  • 1218 years of experience in creative leadership within digital agencies or production environments.
  • Strong portfolio in digital design, video & motion, and experience design.
  • Understanding of creative production workflows, adaptation models, and global rollout systems.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere, and emerging AI tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders globally.

Location: Remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore.

Timings: Rotational shifts based on the region and at the discretion of your line manager.
