Business Development & Sales Representative
Location: Remote (Greater Toronto Area Preferred)
Compensation: Commission-Based
Commitment: Flexible Schedule (Approximately 10–20 Hours Per Week)
About Forke Studio
Forke Studio is a creative agency helping businesses grow through content creation, social media management, photography, videography, and brand storytelling.
We work with businesses across hospitality, wellness, healthcare, construction, real estate, and service-based industries to create content that drives awareness, engagement, and growth.
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development & Sales Representative who wants to gain real-world experience helping scale a creative business.
This is an opportunity to work directly with the founder, develop sales and business development skills, and earn based on your results.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and research potential clients
- Generate leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers
- Follow up with leads
- Book discovery calls and meetings
- Present Forke Studio’s services and solutions
- Manage and organize your sales pipeline
- Contribute ideas to help grow the business
Compensation
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.
You will earn:
33% commission on all social media management contracts you close.
Examples:
- $3,000 contract = $1,000 commission
- $6,000 contract = $2,000 commission
There is no earning cap. Your income is directly tied to the business you generate.
