It connects the full lifecycle—from concept to build to field feedback—into one operating environment built for speed, traceability, autonomy, and continuous improvement. This isn't just software for design and planning; it's the factory-facing infrastructure that connects operators, machines, test systems, and OT networks into a unified, adaptive Build Chain.</p> <p><strong>ABOUT THE JOB:</strong></p> <p>As our factories scale and operate at increasingly high rates, the complexity of the infrastructure stack is growing just as quickly. We're deploying servers, networking, and compute environments into live production settings that cannot stop—and we need someone to own that execution at the site level.<br><br>We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to act as the central coordination point for factory infrastructure deployment. You'll lead the buildout of system administration, servers, networking, and OT infrastructure while ensuring alignment across internal teams and external vendors.<br><br>This is not a passive coordination role. This is a hands-on, technical execution-focused position responsible for ensuring that the foundational infrastructure required to run the factory is deployed correctly, on time, and aligned with production needs. You are the person who ensures the infrastructure layer of the factory is built, integrated, and ready to support operations.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong></p> <p>You will own the infrastructure deployment layer of the factory.</p> <ul> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for factory infrastructure deployment at a given site</li> <li>Coordinate the end-to-end buildout of servers, networking, and system administration environments</li> <li>Drive execution across system administrators, network engineers, systems engineers, and infrastructure teams</li> <li>Manage and track work across external vendors and contractors</li> <li>Own deployment timelines, milestones, and delivery accountability</li> <li>Maintain a real-time view of site readiness, risks, and dependencies</li> <li>Ensure infrastructure deployments are sequenced correctly and aligned with production schedules</li> <li>Work closely with technical architects to ensure deployments meet architectural standards and specifications</li> <li>Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders to keep execution aligned</li> <li>Step in hands-on when needed to support infrastructure buildout and unblock teams</li> </ul> <p>You are the person who ensures that the infrastructure layer of the factory is built, integrated, and ready to support operations.</p> <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience managing complex infrastructure or data center / OT deployments</li> <li>Strong understanding of networking, servers, and system administration</li> <li>Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and external vendors</li> <li>Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-stakes production environments</li> <li>Comfort making decisions with incomplete information</li> <li>High ownership and bias for action</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Factory or OT (Operational Technology) environments</li> <li>Infrastructure buildouts in live production settings</li> <li>Networking (routing, switching, firewalls) and compute environments</li> <li>Working alongside technical architects and ensuring adherence to design standards</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$166,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$250,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
