Location: Noida Extension, Greater Noida
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM - 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday - Friday (5 Days a Week)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to support our growing US Staffing and Recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, with a strong focus on internal hiring, employee engagement, onboarding, and process coordination.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a night shift environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and can effectively manage multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal positions across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
HR Operations
- Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Support employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
- Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and employee communication.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
- Maintain recruitment and operational data with high accuracy.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong experience in in-house recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS/ATS platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:30 AM).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting US Staffing, IT Staffing, or recruitment-driven organizations.
- Exposure to employee engagement and HR process management.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS systems.
