As a Specialist/Team Lead at our company based in Hyderabad, we are looking for someone with Strong Python coding skills, experience with Django/Flask, database handling, API development, Git, and unit testing. It would be beneficial if you also have knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), Docker, async programming, Pandas/NumPy, and basic front-end integration.

- Writing efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Conducting and overseeing code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software issues for error-free and scalable solutions.
- Optimizing application performance and guiding the team on scalability best practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of features.
- Mentoring team members to foster a culture of learning and excellence.
- Documenting code, technical specifications, and project requirements.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience and hold a BTech / MTech, BE/ME degree.
