Job Description
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain lifecycle, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and high quality.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve speed.
- Manage negotiations, vendor relationships, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance and quality.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Optimize transportation routes and warehouse functions to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
You should have a Bachelors degree in Engineering with certifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, you should have 18-23 years of experience in the Medical Device industry.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify risks, and solve complex operational problems.
