Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Loss Prevention Manager. The Loss Prevention Manager will oversee and implement strategies to minimize loss and enhance asset protection. Key responsibilities include managing retail loss prevention efforts, developing and enforcing physical security measures, conducting fraud investigations, and implementing inventory control strategies. The role entails collaborating with various teams to ensure security policies are followed and identifying trends to mitigate potential risks effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Loss Prevention and expertise in implementing strategies to reduce shrinkage and losses
• Proficiency in Physical Security and Security Management, including developing, implementing, and monitoring security protocols
• Skills in Inventory Control and maintaining operational compliance with inventory management practices
• Aptitude for Fraud Investigations, including identifying and addressing security breaches and internal or external threats
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and mitigation processes
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
