Role Description The Mental Health Specialist will provide direct support to individuals and teams within INTIGLY, with a focus on psychological well-being, stress management, and resilience in a fast-paced creative environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves conducting one-on-one sessions, facilitating group workshops, and offering crisis support when needed. The specialist will complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop care plans, and maintain confidential case documentation in line with ethical and legal standards. They will collaborate with leadership and HR to design and implement mental health programs, awareness initiatives, and referrals to external providers as appropriate. The role also includes monitoring outcomes, updating best practices, and promoting a psychologically safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Mental Health Care and Mental Health concepts, including assessment, intervention, and prevention strategies.
• Academic background in Psychology or a closely related field; advanced training or licensure in counseling, clinical psychology, or social work is an advantage.
• Experience in Case Management, including care coordination, follow-up, and maintaining accurate, confidential records.
• Demonstrated skills in Crisis Intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, and timely escalation or referral.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, build trust with diverse teams, and maintain professional boundaries.
• Prior experience supporting mental health in organizational, corporate, or creative settings is preferred.
• Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and leadership.
