Job Summary

Yali Aerospace is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Thanjavur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, attracting high-quality talent, and supporting the company’s workforce requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to ensure efficient hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with department managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Create and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms, social media, and professional networks.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records accurately.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
• Track hiring metrics and prepare recruitment reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR functions is preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Onsite – Thanjavur

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
