Our AmLaw 100 client is adding a senior associate to its Emerging Companies & Venture Capital group. Direct access to founders, boards, and top venture funds. Full lifecycle exposure from first check to exit.<\/span>

Role Summary<\/span><\/span><\/b>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Run venture financings, including SAFEs and preferred stock rounds.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Handle corporate governance and general corporate work for high -growth companies.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Advise on formation, growth, secondaries, and exits.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Represent both company and investor clients.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Sector mix includes AI and machine learning, digital health, defense tech, life sciences, gaming, and fintech.<\/span>

6–8 years of ECVC or private company transactional experience.<\/span>

Proven deal management with direct client contact at the executive and board level.<\/span>

Comfortable toggling between early -stage company needs and investor priorities.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Strong drafting, negotiating, and cap table fluency.<\/span>
