Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Navallance Recrutiers is looking for an experienced Maritime Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a strong background in the maritime industry who is passionate about connecting talented professionals with leading maritime organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify and recruit qualified maritime professionals through various recruitment channels.
• Understand client hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidate shortlists within agreed timelines.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates for technical and commercial suitability.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified maritime professionals for current and future hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain long term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Coordinate the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms and professional networks.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular recruitment updates.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience in maritime recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for ship owners, ship managers, offshore companies, marine service providers or related maritime organizations.
• Strong understanding of maritime industry roles, vessel types and recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
