Role Overview:
We are hiring dynamic and detail-oriented Executive / Consultant – Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring) professionals to manage end-to-end recruitment for support and operational roles. The role requires strong expertise in high-volume (bulk) hiring, with a focus on delivering a seamless hiring experience and meeting aggressive timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for bulk hiring across support functions
- Conduct initial HR screenings and assess candidate fitment
- Leverage multiple hiring channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Perform reference checks and support background verification processes
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring metrics
