Role Overview:

We are hiring dynamic and detail-oriented Executive / Consultant – Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring) professionals to manage end-to-end recruitment for support and operational roles. The role requires strong expertise in high-volume (bulk) hiring, with a focus on delivering a seamless hiring experience and meeting aggressive timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for bulk hiring across support functions
Conduct initial HR screenings and assess candidate fitment
Leverage multiple hiring channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning
Manage interview scheduling and candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle
Perform reference checks and support background verification processes
