Data Scientist-EDA

As a Data Scientist at the company, your role will involve delivering hands-on advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to address complex business problems. You will focus on data exploration, feature engineering, model development, and insight generation. Working closely with business partners and AI/ML engineers, you will ensure that the solutions are production-ready and deliver measurable value.

• *Primary Responsibilities:**
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on large, complex datasets
• Develop, test, and validate statistical and machine learning models
• Apply feature engineering, model selection, tuning, and evaluation techniques
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
• Partner with AI/ML engineers to support model deployment
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests, pilots)
• Ensure analytical accuracy and data quality
• Document models, assumptions, and findings
• Support governance and Responsible AI standards
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Strong hands-on experience in data science and advanced analytics
• Proficiency in Python and Azure ML
• Strong understanding of statistics and machine learning
• Experience working with large datasets
