Role Description

This is an in-home care services role open for both full-time and part-time Caregivers (PCA | CNA | HHA) based in Fredericksburg, VA and surrounding areas. Caregivers will assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and mobility support. Additional responsibilities include light housekeeping, medication reminders, and accurate documentation of care services provided. Caregivers must maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment while providing emotional support and companionship to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Familiarity with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Ability to provide emotional support, companionship, and build trust with clients
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor
• PCA, CNA, or HHA certification required
• Experience in home care or related caregiving roles is a plus
• Ability to follow care plans and accurately document services provided
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a background check (required prior to employment)
• Must provide a negative TB skin test or health clearance
• CPR certification required or must be obtained prior to start date
• Valid government-issued ID and Social Security verification required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be willing to complete all onboarding and compliance requirements prior to placement.
