A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Front End.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the new frontend platform
Drive organization-wide frontend best practices and mentor engineers across teams
Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to ensure seamless end-to-end experiences
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on frontend development
Deep expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS, and React
Experience architecting and delivering large-scale, complex frontend systems
Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities
Experience in establishing developer workflows and automation
