A company is looking for a Regional Regulatory Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Timely submission, approval, and implementation of regulatory filings for insurance program coverage forms and related products
Serve as the primary contact for all regulatory issues in assigned states
Collaborate with other field offices and divisions to address regional and local issues affecting products and services
Required Qualifications
College degree
6+ years of experience in the property and casualty (P&C) industry, preferably in product development, pricing, or regulatory compliance
Experience working with insurance departments on regulatory issues
Knowledge of the current P&C marketplace
CPCU and other industry designations are preferred
