UX /UI Designer – AI Copilots & Intelligent Systems

Key Responsibilities:

Generative AI Interfaces:

• Design conversational and assistive user experiences for AI copilots and chatbots.
• Create adaptive UI flows that align with LLM behavior and user input patterns.
• Collaborate with AI developers to optimize user guidance, prompt engineering UX, and intelligent suggestions.
• Design custom UI/UX for model-driven and canvas apps.
• Ensure accessibility and branding alignment within Power Apps.
• Customize UI templates and responsive web interfaces within the OutSystems framework.
• Implement and refine user journeys with reusable patterns and widgets.
• Integrate UI logic that aligns with low-code component behavior.
• Build or guide development of functional frontend components where necessary.
• Support stakeholder presentation designs and visual storytelling.
• Educate cross-functional teams on best practices in UI/UX across different platform

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in UX design and frontend development.
• Hands-on expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency in React js; redux; HTML, CSS, JavaScript with knowledge of React.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) , React and SharePoint design constraints and opportunities.
• Experience customizing UIs within OutSystems or other low-code frameworks would be an asset.
• Familiarity with Generative AI-based UI/UX, including chatbot interfaces, AI-driven recommendations, and dynamic flows.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and enterprise UI governance.
