Insurance Follow-Up Representative

A company is looking for an Early Out Insurance Follow-Up Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with insurance carriers to resolve claims denials and ensure payment

Process claims, payments, adjustments, and maintain accurate account documentation

Analyze EOBs and account documentation to identify and resolve reimbursement issues

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma is required

3-5 years of insurance follow-up experience in a hospital or physician's office setting is preferred

Results-oriented approach

Ability to handle and maintain confidential information

Strong work ethic
