Job Description
We are launching a new product into the construction and painting markets primarily in Australia, NZ, USA, UK and Europe and are looking for a hands-on operator to build and run our creator driven growth engine.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are not looking for branding, strategy decks, or content calendars.
We are looking for someone who can execute.
Your role will be to:
Identify and engage relevant creators (painters, contractors, trades)
Get them to post real, practical content using our product
Set up and manage affiliate links and discount codes
Track which creators and content are actually driving sales
Put paid spend behind the content that performs
You will be working directly with the founder and will have the ability to move quickly and test ideas.
About the Product:
We are launching a tool that changes how painters and DIY'ers clean their equipment.
Instead of washing tools into sinks and drains, our system allows painters to:
Wash in a controlled environment
Capture solids and reduce microplastic discharge
Reuse water and keep jobsites and home areas clean
This includes:
A handheld roller cleaning device
A simple “wash in a bucket” method using capsules and filters
A premium wash station system for larger jobs
We are not just selling a product.
We are introducing a new way of working on site.
Responsibilities
Research and shortlist relevant creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
Conduct outreach and manage creator relationships
Coordinate product seeding and onboarding
Set up and manage affiliate tracking (Shopify based)
Monitor performance of creators and content
Identify high performing posts and scale them using paid ads (Meta and TikTok)
Report weekly on activity, learnings, and results
Requirements
You must have:
Experience running influencer campaigns that led to measurable results
Experience managing affiliate programs (links, codes, commissions)
Working knowledge of paid social (Meta and/or TikTok boosting)
Confidence with cold outreach and creator negotiation
Ability to work fast and test without overthinking
Strong Bonus (not required):
Experience with tools, construction, or trade audiences
Experience with WIX / Shopify and affiliate platforms
Experience launching or scaling a physical product
