We are a D2C beauty, wellness, and lifestyle company selling products directly to consumers through our Shopify stores. We create high-quality ad creatives and social media content that drive thousands of orders daily. We're expanding our creative team and need a graphic designer who understands what makes people stop scrolling and start buying.
The Role:
You will design static ad creatives, product visuals, social media posts, and promotional graphics for our Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad campaigns. This is a fully remote position.
What You'll Do
Design static ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram campaigns (single image, carousel, story format) Create product mockups, lifestyle visuals, and before/after graphics Design social media posts for Instagram and Facebook pages Create promotional banners, BOGO offer graphics, and sale creatives Design Shopify product page banners and hero images Create thumbnail images for video ads Adapt winning designs into multiple sizes and formats for different placements Maintain consistent brand aesthetic across all visual touchpoints
Requirements
1-3 years experience in graphic design for e-commerce or D2C brands Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator Understanding of what makes a Facebook/Instagram ad creative stand out visual hooks, contrast, readability, CTA placement Experience designing for beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferred Ability to deliver 5-8 finished designs per day with consistent quality Eye for clean, modern, premium aesthetics Understanding of 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5 ad format requirements Self-motivated, deadline-driven, delivers daily without micromanagement

Experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Grok Imagine) Experience creating product mockups and lifestyle composites Portfolio showing e-commerce ad creatives or social media designs
