Job Description
Apollo is a Discord event scheduling and calendar bot used across 300,000+ servers. I’m a solo founder looking for a reliable support contractor to be the first point of contact for our community of organizers and paid subscribers.
What you’ll do:
- Answer user questions via our Discord support server and email
- Help users set up events, recurring schedules, reminders, and calendar features
- Handle billing and subscription questions (Stripe), including cancellations and refunds
- Triage bugs and feature requests, flagging anything technical to me with clear reproduction steps
- Suggest improvements to our help docs as you spot recurring questions
You’re a good fit if you:
- Are comfortable in Discord and can learn a feature-rich bot quickly
- Write clearly, patiently, and warmly — most users aren’t technical
- Are self-directed and dependable with async work
- Have prior customer support experience, ideally for a software product
Nice to have: familiarity with Discord communities, experience with help-desk tooling, or SaaS support background.
