• Implement unified analytics solutions to address marketing effectiveness, ROI, segmentation, pricing, and environmental factors.
• Collaborate with senior data scientists to ensure model quality, implement attribution and marketing mix models, and analyze big data sets to generate insights on consumer behavior.
• Validate model results, create client-friendly reports, ensure quality control, and collaborate with various teams across the firm to improve processes.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelors degree with a background in mathematics or engineering.
• Minimum 1-3 years of quantitative analytics experience, preferably with knowledge of marketing metrics.
• Proficiency in Python for at least 2 years, along with Excel and SQL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different situations.
• Familiarity or interest in data analytics concepts such as multivariate regression, Bayesian statistics, machine learning, and forecasting.
