Uplers is Looking for:
Responsibilities
- Support a fast-moving portfolio of digital marketing campaigns, outbound sales
initiatives and networking opportunities that drive quality sales leads for our
agency.
- Work with content strategy lead to develop marketing materials and sales
enablement assets that enable our sales team to effectively communicate our
process and value propositions.
- Support corporate recruitment efforts with specialized campaigns and content
creation.
- Supervise the strategy team in the formulation of digital marketing strategies and
oversee the execution of those strategies that are in alignment with our agency's
specific business and marketing goals and objectives
- Coordinate logistics and lead internal kickoffs, status meetings, discovery sessions
and reporting calls
- Serve as the primary contact for all corporate marketing and recruitment
marketing requests
- Facilitate team member resourcing and task schedules to ensure all elements of
respective digital marketing strategies are completed on time, on budget and in a
manner that is satisfactory to the senior leadership
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and negotiate scope challenges to drive
initiatives, maintain deadlines and increase momentum
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and proactively provide insight and
feedback on ongoing strategies and tactics.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in agency account management or marketing program management
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to identify marketing
opportunities and translate senior leader input into clear direction for the broader
core team
- Understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a comfortability presenting
data-based insights
- Proactive, growth mindset with the ability to challenge bottlenecks and roadblocks
- Understanding of marketing and sales funnel KPIs with the ability to translate data
into meaningful story
- Strong desire see campaigns through from idea to finish and manage the process
along the way
- Willingness to challenge strategists where opportunity is seen to drive a higher
quality of output
- Working knowledge of Hubspot and Workfront is a plus
- A team-first, no-ego mentality is critical
