🔧Job Description - Machine Operator (Bottling Dept.)

💲 Pay: $18.00/hr (1st Shift)

🕒 Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• 🏢 On-Site | Hired through Ultimate Staffing

Our client is seeking hands-on Machine Operators for its bottling department. Positions are available in both the liquid (pints & quarts) and powder operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate fully/semi-automatic machines (fillers, cappers, labelers - most require 2 operators)
• Troubleshoot issues and replace worn parts
• Maintain tools and retrieve own supplies from warehouse
• Ensure products meet quality standards
• Keep area clean and follow GMP, HACCP & safety guidelines
• Complete daily records and follow production schedules

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Must stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Team player - strong communication & collaboration skills
• Prior bottling/manufacturing experience preferred
