As an International Brand Manager at Traya, you will play a crucial role in driving brand strategy, positioning, and execution across international markets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing platform level Brand Vision, identity, and rollout in the entire organization
- Creating go-to-market strategies for new international regions such as UAE
- Conducting competitive and consumer research to identify market-specific insights for shaping communication and product decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to adapt the brand for different cultural contexts
- Leading and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline) from conceptualization to execution
- Defining and tracking brand health metrics and acting as the custodian of the consumer
- Working with Creative and Media buying agencies to conceptualize innovative marketing campaigns
- Developing and executing large ATL and BTL campaigns to enhance brand awareness, equity, and other brand health metrics
Qualifications required for this role include:
- MBA from a Tier-1 B School with 3 to 6 years of experience in FMCG, CPG, and consumer internet Brand Marketing
- Demonstrated excellence in creating and leading Brand Strategy, including Brand Positioning, Brand Visual Identity, and guidelines, with experience in global markets, especially in the D2C or wellness space
- Strong experience in designing Brand Communication Message strategy and implementing it across touchpoints
- Proficiency in defining and owning Brand Health Scorecard
- Experience in managing creative & media agencies
- Ability to drive revenue for the business, particularly through ATL channels
