Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and execution-driven Brand Manager to lead marketing initiatives across media, consumer activations, retail visibility, digital campaigns, and brand promotions. The role requires close collaboration with the CMO, sales teams, agencies, and vendors to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.Responsibilities:1. Brand and Media Execution:- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across TV, digital, print, radio, outdoor, and social media platforms.- Coordinate with media and creative agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.- Monitor campaign performance and optimize visibility across markets.2. Outdoor Branding and Retail Visibility:- Manage outdoor advertising initiatives such as hoardings, transit media, wall paintings, and retail branding.- Oversee POSM deployment including freezer branding, signage, standees, danglers, and promotional materials.- Ensure brand visibility assets are executed and maintained as per brand standards.3. Consumer Activations:- Execute on-ground marketing activities including retail activations, sampling campaigns, seasonal promotions, and consumer engagement programs.- Work closely with sales teams to identify market opportunities and activation requirements.4. Digital Marketing Support:- Coordinate with digital agencies for social media campaigns, content planning, online promotions, and Q-commerce visibility.- Ensure timely execution of digital marketing initiatives and content calendars.5. Agency and Vendor Management:- Manage relationships with media agencies, branding partners, fabrication vendors, and advertising agencies.- Track deliverables, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.6.
