The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient problem solver with experience in Salesforce customization, GTM tool integrations, and workflow automation. You will need to be comfortable working independently while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to support business needs and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the sole Salesforce administrator, managing user access, profiles, roles, security settings, and permissions.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and automation to support GTM teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce performance issues, data inconsistencies, and system errors without reliance on external resources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Continuously assess CRM efficiency and propose enhancements to improve sales productivity and data accuracy.

- Evaluate, implement, and manage new tools and technologies to enhance sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
- Serve as the primary troubleshooter and point of contact for system issues, with minimal reliance on external consultants.
- Process Automation & Operational Efficiency
- Identify manual, time-consuming processes within the sales cycle and implement automated workflows in Salesforce and GTM tools.
- Support and enhance Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), and territory management processes within Salesforce.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy, implementing data validation, deduplication, and enrichment strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance, acting as the sole systems resource for all GTM technology needs.
- Provide training, documentation, and enablement support for sales reps, SDRs, and CSMs using Salesforce and other tools.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Finance teams to ensure contract management, data privacy, and revenue policies align with system configurations.
- Act as the liaison between GTM teams and external vendors when additional support or tool enhancements are needed.
- AI & Intelligent Automation (Salesforce + GTM Stack)
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows within Salesforce, leveraging tools such as Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce to improve productivity and decision-making across GTM teams.
- Identify high-impact use cases for AI agents (e.g., lead qualification, next-best-action recommendations, pipeline inspection, and automated follow-ups) and deploy scalable solutions.
