As a Senior Product and Marketing Business Data Analyst at Reap, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing performance, customer growth, and ROI optimization through advanced analytics and business intelligence. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and optimizing marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks in BI tools (e.g. Metabase) to track core KPIs such as MQL, CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates, and campaign ROI. - Collaborating with rev ops, data product managers, and data engineers to refine data models, improve data quality, and ensure accurate capture of marketing analytics requirements. - Conducting deep-dive analyses on marketing performance, customer acquisition channels, and lifecycle behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimization levers. - Writing advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and model large-scale marketing and customer datasets for recurring reporting and exploratory analysis. - Defining measurement frameworks, attribution models, and success metrics aligned with business goals in partnership with marketing stakeholders. - Performing customer segmentation, product feature usage analysis, cohort analysis, and customer journey analytics to support targeted campaigns, product feature development, activation optimization strategies, and retention initiatives. - Ensuring data quality and consistency across marketing data sources and contributing to scalable data models and documentation. - Translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g. Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing). - 6-8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics roles, preferably in fintech, tech, or high-growth environments. - Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, Redshift). - Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Metabase) and building scalable dashboards for business stakeholders. - Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including attribution models, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and performance marketing metrics. - Experience working with marketing data sources (e.g. Hubspot, Google Analytics, CRM systems, ad platforms). - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence marketing strategy through data. - Experience mentoring or leading junior team members is a plus.
