Job Description

Location: South Delhi (On-site)

Duration: 6 Months Internship

Conversion: Full-time based on performance

What You'll Do

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication.

Operations & Order Management

  • Track daily orders, shipments, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
  • Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly with minimal delays.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels across warehouse and sales channels.
  • Maintain inventory records and assist with stock planning.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and warehouse partners for replenishment.

Vendor Coordination

  • Work closely with logistics partners, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Follow up on dispatches, inventory movement, and operational tasks.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships through timely communication.

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Maintain operational dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
  • Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in operations, customer support, supply chain, or e-commerce.
  • Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or inventory software is a plus.
