Job Description
Our client is looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist to support procurement activities, vendor onboarding, and compliance processes in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement requests through Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar tools
- Handle vendor onboarding, sourcing requests, and procurement queries
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, approvals, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution and closure of requests
- Maintain procurement reports, trackers, and dashboards
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Procurement, P2P, Vendor Management, or Accounts Payable
- Good understanding of procurement processes, PO lifecycle, and vendor compliance
- Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar case management tools preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good Excel and reporting capabilities
