Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Get It Rent, a sister concern of Innovatiview India Limited, located in Hyderabad (Hitech city), your role will involve driving end-to-end business development cycles from lead generation to deal closure. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with corporate clients and enterprise customers, pitching and positioning the company's offerings to decision-makers, building and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and preparing sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review. Your primary goal will be to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end business development cycles from lead generation to deal closure
  • Identify and engage with corporate clients and enterprise customers
  • Pitch and position the company's offerings to decision-makers in targeted organizations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for pricing, proposals, and post-sales coordination
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B / Corporate / Enterprise / SaaS / Software / IT Hardware Sales
  • Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Preferred: Prior experience in Banking (CASA, credit card sales, etc.) or Telecom (ILL, MPLS, broadband) industries
