Job Description:-

Assistant Store Manager cum PRO / Cashier.

This hybrid role combines operational leadership, customer relationship management, and financial accountability within a high-touch retail environment like Retail Fashion Industries.

1. Store Operations & Leadership (ASM):

· Team Supervision: Manage day-to-day activities, ensuring staff compliance with brand policies and grooming standards.

· Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and maintain visual merchandising standards for premium ethnic wear.

· Sales Performance: Monitor daily targets and assist the Store Manager in implementing sales-driving strategies.

2. Public Relations & Customer Experience (PRO):

· Guest Relations: Act as the face of the brand, greeting high-profile clients and providing personalized styling advice.

· Complaint Resolution: Professionally handle customer inquiries, returns, and complex grievances to maintain brand loyalty.

· Promotional Oversight: Coordinate in-store events and festive launches, ensuring all marketing collateral is correctly displayed.

3. Financial Management (Cashier):

· Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash, credit/debit, and digital payments using POS software.

· Financial Reporting: Prepare daily cash reports, reconcile drawers at shift end, and manage petty cash for store expenses.

· Documentation: Ensure all billing is accurate and maintain organized records for auditing purposes.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
