About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual execution across our entire brand portfolio. This is a multifaceted position that requires versatility, creativity, and the ability to work at the pace of a fast-moving consumer goods company. You will collaborate directly with the President & Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with sales, marketing, and innovation teams to develop compelling visual assets that resonate with our audiences. Your work will span from packaging design and brand system development to digital marketing, trade marketing, and investor communications. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence multiple touchpoints of our brands, ensuring consistency and high-quality visual storytelling that drives brand growth and consumer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of graphic design experience, preferably within CPG, food & beverage, or a fast-paced agency environment
  • Proven expertise in packaging and print production design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work
  • Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with at least 5 years of experience
  • Advanced skills in Figma for digital design projects
  • Experience with motion design and video editing (After Effects, Premiere) is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of print processes, dielines, and working with printers and co-packers
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Lead packaging design efforts for new SKUs, line extensions, and product refreshes, including developing print-ready files
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Create retail and trade marketing materials such as point-of-sale displays, shelf signage, trade presentations, and sell sheets
  • Design compelling sales materials, including decks, one-pagers, and pitch documents for retail, distribution, and strategic partnerships
  • Design digital assets including website graphics, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns for our direct-to-consumer platforms
  • Produce creative content for social media channels, including organic and paid campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Prepare and refine investor presentations, corporate reports, and other communications tailored for a public-company audience
  • Bring new product concepts to life through visual mock-ups, concept decks, and packaging prototypes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across all projects
