Job Summary

The Reactor Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring reactors and related production equipment during manufacturing processes. The role includes charging raw materials, monitoring process parameters, maintaining batch records, following GMP and safety guidelines, and ensuring smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate reactors, mixers, and other production equipment as per SOP and BMR instructions.
• Charge raw materials into reactors as per approved formulation and batch requirements.
• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, RPM, and mixing time.
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of reactors and production equipment.
• Maintain batch manufacturing records and production logbooks accurately.
• Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene practices during production activities.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments for smooth operations.
• Report any equipment malfunction, deviation, or abnormality to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
• Use PPE and follow all EHS guidelines during operations.
• Assist in production planning and completion of daily production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area and equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma /HSC relevant field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Pharma, Chemical, Cosmetic, or Manufacturing Industry.
• Knowledge of reactor operations and production processes.
• Basic understanding of GMP, safety, and documentation practices.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of reactor handling and process monitoring.
• Good understanding of safety procedures.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic documentation and record-keeping knowledge.

Working Conditions:

• Manufacturing / Production plant environment.
• Rotational shifts may be applicable.
• Use of safety equipment and PPE mandatory.

Salary:

As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
