Legal Manager – Corporate Law

HamBOLDS Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced legal professional to lead our corporate legal and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting & reviewing commercial agreements (NDAs, vendor, service, licensing)
• Ensuring compliance with corporate, labour & regulatory laws
• Managing corporate governance (ROC filings, board resolutions, statutory records)
• Handling legal notices, disputes & coordinating with external counsel
• Advising management on legal risks and business decisions
• Managing trademark and brand-related legal matters

Requirements

• LLB / LLM
• 5–10 years of experience in corporate legal role
• Strong knowledge of corporate law & contract management
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
